New Business Sales Executive- IT Software Sales into Construction

London and the South East

£50,000 to £60,000 Basic, £90,000 uncapped OTE + car allowance

We have an opportunity to work for an innovative forward thinking organisation well placed in the Construction and Energy verticals. They are specialists in Workforce Management Solutions that have been proven to be a cost saving, web-based software solution for Time & Attendance, Access Control, Health & Safety and Contract Management systems. We are now seeking a new business sales professional who can also add an entrepreneurial flair in their approach to success.

Having a large database to work from, you will also be required to actively pursue any and all new business leads you have created or may join with. You will report to the CEO and work closely with him in all ideas for new business and company development. The responsibility for success throughout the sales cycle will be yours. Are you capable?

Ideally you will have new business success, selling software into the construction and/or energy verticals, however once qualified, you could be selling almost anything into construction that would require you to meet with Contracts Managers, Project Managers or Operation Managers. With this role we will look for some technical link or you must have a special grasp on technology. An entrepreneur by nature and a fighting hunger for success will see you earning £100k in yr2, but nothing stops you from reaching that in yr1.
