This premium drink brand is looking for a supply chain coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring high levels of both customer and consumer satisfaction in all aspects of the supply chain.

The Role

*Achieve on Time and In Full service metrics for all customers by coordinating effective deliveries.
*Manage the order process from start to finish via internal systems ensuring accuracy. Suggest and implement process and system improvements where necessary.
*Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
*Make decisions to enhance the customer experience and deliver the perfect order.
*Ensure that all orders are invoiced accurately and efficiently.
*Set the right impression as first point of contact with customers and consumers over the phone and via email; displaying excellent communication skills, manage queries and solve problems as they arise.
*Attend customer and sales team meetings to drive Supply Chain profile and bolster collaborative relationships for success.

*Promotes the importance and benefit of quality - Ensures that work undertaken meets all the quality requirements and looks for opportunities to improve quality.
*Customer Focus - Knowing, understanding and delighting internal and external customers

Experience Required

*Experience in a pressured customer service role (ideally FMCG)
*Good knowledge of UK and international supply chain logistics, including transport, warehousing and import procedures would be an advantage.
*Working knowledge of SAP, particularly the Sales & Distribution module is preferable.
*Good standard of higher education with degree preferred.
*Strong Customer & Service delivery focus
*Able to work effectively in a close-knit team
*Able to perform in pressurized situations and delivery to deadlines
*Excellent communication skills which lead to strong relationships internally and externally
*Demonstrates excellent administration skills and attention to detail
*Thorough and logical approach to work
*Diligent in completion of tasks and projects
*Demonstrates commercial awareness and good analytical skills
*Demonstrates high standards of professionalism both in presentation & attitude
