Our client, a leading law firm are currently seeking a willing and motivated person to join their team in assisting with the smooth day to day running of the office. The successful candidate will be someone who pays strong attention to detail, has a passion for providing excellent service and has the ability to adapt/be flexible.
Key duties will include:
- Archiving a high volume of files
- Dealing with incoming/outgoing mail
- Photocopying, scanning, printing
- Assisting with typing of key documents
- Assist legal secretaries with workload as required
