Project Manager - Experiential Events Agency
A creative experiential events company is seeking a Project Manager to join their team and liaise between their clients and internal events team. One will manage the delivery of enchanting brand and live experiences.
This Project Manager will focus on developing relationships with the client and account and manage day to day aspects of the project. Being involved from initial briefing to final delivery, the Project Manager will ensure the project is developed to its full potential. The Project Manager will surpass client expectations and deliver an unrivalled service.
Day to day duties of this numerate and accurate Project Manager include managing client accounts and projects, monitoring complex jobs and budgets, preparing internal briefing documents, project schedules, resource planning, writing Health and Safety documents and status reports, writing scopes and fee and production costs, sub contractor costs, monitoring head hours, monitoring margins and tracking expenses. Coordinating client meetings, taking notes and writing contact reports are also part of this role.
Experience working in a creative agency is a must. Events experience is not necessary but would be an advantage. Working at high calibre and creative agencies is compulsory for all applicants.
