Our client, a leading property expert, is looking for a driven, ambitious, articulate individual to join their field sales team. My client employs and retains a high caliber of talent at all levels, servicing commerical clients in a high net worth sector.

This role is a Business Development Manager role where the successful candidate will be responsible for working portfolio of existing clients but mainly focusing on new business from the commerical properties industry. You have the freedom to arrange your own diary, booking in client calls and visits. The role will involve meeting potential clients to make aware of the services provided and to bring the business on board.

Desireable Skills and Competencies of the Business Development Manager:

* Experience in the Property Market/Commercial Properties

* Minumum of a Bachelors Degree

* Account Management/Relationship development

* Professional communication skills

* Adaptable with an enthusiasm for inter-personal relations

* Keen analytical skills a must

* A familiarity with top digital platforms or a passion for software products
