An exciting, rewarding and truly career advancing opportunity is available for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join a leading consultancy with a proud history. Currently experiencing exponential growth this highly reputable consultancy is looking for someone to come on-board and support the London team.

They have a great supportive working environment, they are trusted within the industry and they have a diverse client base from blue chip and financial clients to the public sector. This is a real opportunity to prove yourself and for the right candidate it will mean rapid progression within the firm. There will be a balanced workload split between project work and professional services such as dilapidations and due diligence.

Responsibilities:

* Full spectrum of Building Surveying and Project Management services
* Contract administration on high level commercial and residential projects
* Specification writing
* Professional services such as dilapidations, surveys and party wall

Requirements:

* MRICS
* Ideally 3 years + PQE
* Strong track record of managing projects from inception to completion
