Are you currently feeling uninspired in your current role and looking for a change? Randstad CPE are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a leading Facilities Management company based in the Glasgow area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle requests for information and data
* Resolve administrative problems and enquiries
* Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors when required
* Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
* Processing of baseline security clearances
* Maintaining security clearance log
* Any other adhoc requirements

Experience & qualifications:

* The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role preferably within Construction.
* They will be well organised, enjoy working as a member of a team and be able to deal with conflicting priorities whilst ensuring attention to detail.
* Candidates should be computer literate with sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package.
* Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping is a must.
