Looking to venture out of central London? Project Manager with residential or commercial experience? Then I have the perfect opportunity for you!

I am currently working with an exciting consultancy who are looking for Project Managers from assistant level to senior level to join their growing team who are based in Ascot. The firm offers project management and employers agent's services to developers and owner/occupiers. The brand is well established and recognisable within the field and they offer a great environment. With a number of longstanding and repeat clients this dynamic company offers the best services over a range of sectors including residential, commercial, leisure, retail and infrastructure.

TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Agreeing project objectives
* Representing the client's or organisation's interests
* Providing advice on the management of projects
* Organising the various professional people working on a project
* Carrying out risk assessment
* Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
* Making sure the quality standards are met
* Using IT systems to keep track of people and progress
* Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors
* Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
* Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

* Construction related degree
* Ideally recent experience with new build residential projects
* Living within a commutable distance to Ascot
* Experience with residential or commercial projects
