An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Improvement / Performance Officer with experience in engagement and consultation to join a client in South London. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service by resolving enquiries and complaints from end to end as well as implementing service changes

This is a full-time contract position expected to last 3 months +. The rate is £22 per hour

Working within the Parking Services team your main duties include:
-Delivering service improvements and high levels of customer service
-Delivering marketing and sales strategies to improve customer service
-Providing appropriate and timely responses to customer enquiries and complaints
-Resolving service issues and identifying faults in the system

Previous experience in Parking Services, Highways or Transportation is essential for this role. Carrington West are also looking for Project Managers and Engineers with similar backgrounds across the South of UK - please get in touch to find out more.
