I am working on behalf of a reputable complex care service provider that due to expansion requires an experienced senior care coordinator for their Nottingham branch.

The Company:
This a leading nationwide Health and Social Care provider with over 15 years` experience, working with people across the life span with needs resulting from but not limited to, acquired brain injury, physical disability, mental health difficulties and learning disability.
Their aim is to improve an individual`s quality of life, enabling them to live a life that is as fulfilling and functional as possible according to their own values and aspirations, whilst ensuring their health and wellbeing. With an honest, reliable and trustworthy approach they support clients living in the community, as well as clients and teams in secure services, providing both temporary and permanent staffing solutions.

The Branch/The role:
This particular branch is a well-established one. They are friendly, passionate and are continually growing and expanding and are dedicated to providing high quality complex care to around 30 clients. As a senior care coordinator, you will be coordinating 60 carers delivering around 1500 hours. Maintaining the highest quality of care is paramount and providing an excellent service whilst hitting targets is paramount to the senior care coordinator role. Overseeing the expansion of key services is a major part of the role and being able to implement plans and processes to do so is something a senior care coordinator must be able to demonstrate amongst other duties. This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop with the company into management and further senior management.
The role is a full-time role, 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday with some on call duties.

The Person:
You will be a strong and experienced care coordinator with, ideally, a proven successful track record within the complex care sector, although applicants with a more managerial background within domiciliary or complex care will be considered. You will be a resilient individual who can multi task, have excellent problem-solving abilities and to be able to lead with a positive and forward-thinking attitude. Ideally you will have faced lots of difficult situations in the care industry and proven to have come through these situations with positive outcomes, all whilst maintaining an empathetic approach to all individuals.

The Salary:
£18,000 - £24,000
