We are currently recruiting for Full time support worker positions to work on a temporary to permanent basis. The positions are available within a variety of supported living and outreach services on temporary to permanent contracts supporting adults with multiple learning difficulties, challenging behaviours and complex needs.

Main role responsibilities of the Support Worker

Check resident`s needs and progress
Provide personal care, which could include bathing, toileting, dressing & feeding
Create a safe and positive living environment
Set rules for young people’s behaviour
Teach daily living skills such as budgeting, shopping and claiming benefits
Provide leisure and creative activities in a safe and supportive setting
Help residents to deal with problems and become independent
Liaise with resident’s families
Work closely with health care professionals


At least six months paid UK care related experience in the last 2 years
Will be subject to a DBS check
Previously completed mandatory training.
Have a genuine interest in people’s welfare and caring attitude
We also run a successful referral scheme. Refer a nurse and earn £200, refer a carer or support worker and earn £50. No limits
