M&Y Maintenance and Construction is now recruiting for 3 Works Planners to work within the Support Services Team based in St Helens.
About the role
The successful candidate will Co-ordinate the daily activities of M&Y’s field workforce. In doing so, provide a high quality, customer focused maintenance service that ensures compliance with relevant safety and building legislation.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid educational background, with well-developed numeracy and literacy skills, Experience in providing administrative support in a busy office environment, Experience of working in a customer facing environment (ideally within a construction/maintenance services environment).
You will also work unsupervised, have Good working knowledge of Orchard Housing, DRS and Agile365 and Technical knowledge associated with domestic repairs and maintenance and application of multi-skilled resources.
