Your new company
Your new company is a well-known national building society who offers a high class service to a range of customers. They offer a variety of saving and investment products, keeping quality service at the heart of everything they do.
Your new role
Your new role as a customer adviser will involve daily interaction with a variety of customers, as their first point of call in the ranch. You will process transactions relating to the products they offer such as savings deposits, and will ascertain any further needs that the customer may have. You will offer high quality service, taking time to listen and refer to other members of staff in the branch where appropriate.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you'll need a solid background in face to face customer service, ideally in financial services (not essential) and the ability to change your approach to varying customer types. The ability to have open conversations and "fact find" would be of great advantage.
