Travel Insurance Claims Assessor x5 - To Start ASAP
We are delighted to be recruiting for our client, who are a global Insurance Organisation leading the Travel and Medical Insurance sector. They are looking to expand their Travel Insurance Claims division and are actively recruiting for 5 Claims Handlers.
Working within a high volume claims environment, you will be responsible for the proactive claims assessment of both leisure travel and corporate travel insurance claims from inception through to final settlement within your own cheque sign off authority.
Successful investigation will require you to liaise with policyholders, airlines, tour operators and medical experts in order to gather evidence and documentation to support the claim.
Excellent attention to detail is essential as you will be referring to policywording and schedules throughout the initial assessment of the claim.
Within this role you will be responsible for delivering 'Superior’ customer service to clients and customers whilst ensuring regulatory principles & processes are followed and delivered consistently.
Full training will be given, to allow you to deal with your own workload for claims and task reassignments, monitoring and setting reserves, following processes and escalating in accordance with the guidelines/processes.
The working hours are 9-5:30pm Monday to Friday.
