As the Sales Manager, your duties will be to:

• Meet and exceed the quarterly and annual target, achieving total revenue growth, profit, and customer business plans.
• Maximise all new business opportunities resulting in the taking of market share from competitors.
• Identify and target revenue growth opportunities and strategies.
• Manage prospecting and lead generation through the use of social media, territory based marketing, and networking.
• Travel to prospects with your solution consulting colleagues in order to maintain and build relationships, advise of new product and service offerings, obtain feedback on products and services, and identify new opportunities.
• Create RFP responses and conducts effective proposal presentations that identify prospect’s business challenges, the effects of the problems, and the benefits of Lumesse solutions to their problems.
• Maintain SalesForce records of contacts, activities, new business potential, to maximise territory potential and enable Manager’s accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the competition and ability to articulate the benefits and advantages, as well as handle objections from prospects and customers.
• Coordinate resources and liaise with other departments to support the sales process and to meet or exceed account plan.

To be a successful Sales Manager you will have the following skills and experience:

• Graduate with a major in the business related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Industry experience.
• Experience will have been within a leading HR or software / services or talent management organisation.
• Experience of B2B sales of large projects to Fortune 500 companies across sectors (e.g Banking / Finance, Telecommunications, Manufacturing Pharmaceuticals / Petrochemical, Transport, Retail, Utilities & Public sector).
• Experience of pricing, forecasting.
• Experience of managing financial metrics, evaluating and reacting on this type of data as well as being assessed against them.

In return, the Sales Manager will receive a salary of circa £55,000 per annum plus a highly attractive bonus and many benefits
