A unique position for a Sales Manager to potentially move into a different path within a niche market. You will target key clients within the recycling and waste management & food industry or customers with a requirement to recycling and dispose of their metals. Offering solutions to these clients, you will assist by offering my clients' services based on the customer's needs. Your focus will be to build and expand the client's products and services with long-term strategies. Albeit successful, the company's ambitious growth plans require a strategic approach, a hunter by nature who is used to working to high-value targets monthly.A true hunter by nature.
The Candidate
This is a unique role for a self-motivated sales individual with a desire to build their career within this niche market. Ideally, you will be from an engineering background - a background with metal works will be advantageous. However, the attitude, the passion for the industry, the desire to over exceed expectations will be well rewarded with a fantastic company with a very close knit team alongside you. With a drive to succeed, solutions based sales position. You will be smart in your approach, market research, related marketing schemes, and referrals will be your key to success. You will be well organised, driven and dedicated. This is a new business role, therefore strategy and approach to market will be key. You will also come from a strong management background, you will be managing a team of sales individuals beneath you, reporting and managing their performance will be your responsibility.
