We are currently looking to recruit a new member of the team to help support the Project Managers and team members with all Technical queries. This role is for 2-3 months and requires an immediate start.

·Diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or face to face.

·Monitoring and maintaining computer system

·Working with employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution

·Analysing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems

·Technical support and advice for all queries related to video conferencing

·Software license renewals

·Virus software updates

·Assembly of servers and PC's

·Managing and set up of AV equipment

·Research online/documentation solutions

·Server printer set up and configuration

·Desktop configuration and maintenance support

·Installing printers onto print servers and deploying to the users

·Installing configuration of mailbox
