Project Administrator - City Law Firm
A major international law firm in the City are searching for a Project Administrator to join its project management team to help administer a new programme replacing the firm’s core practice management, finance, time recording and risk and compliance systems globally.
The Programme Administrator will have a key role in the management of the programme, meeting organisation, documentation of programme level minutes and actions and providing ad-hoc support to the management team. Our client would be keen to meet candidates from a legal administrative/ PA/ PMO background who have had experience in supporting senior stakeholders, managing diaries and providing ad-hoc information.
The successful candidate will have solid experience in a professional services environment, working with multiple work streams and stakeholders, a well-developed appreciation of stakeholder management. Knowledge of MS Excel and Project, MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio are essential. A can-do attitude supported with administrative skills and capabilities are also required.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract role.
