Technical Data Team Leader
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Data Team Leader to join our client based in Derby who provide aftermarket information solutions used by large companies to help service personnel maintain complex equipment for their customers. Fulfillment of these electronic document systems are via web solutions or on mobile apps.

As a Technical Data Team Leader, you will provide a vital role in leading a team responsible for key customer accounts, demonstrating enthusiasm, great attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional and courteous telephone manner and knows how to work hard in a small team.
If you have a technical background and knowledge of parts and service organisations, this could be your next challenge.
The role involves working with technical and parts documentation in different forms
Managing the workload in a small team.
Liaising with customers
Electronically marking up documents using in-house software tools
Importing marked up documents to online database systems
Quality checking completed work of the team
Analysing large data sets against specific criteria.

You may also be require to do
Quality auditing
Data research
Customer order fulfillment
Media replication
Project management.

Hours are Monday – Friday 08.00hrs – 17.00hrs
