About the role
Our Personal Assistants are responsible for proactively managing any small budgets allocated such as Corporate Social Responsibility and ensuring that all spend is documented and approved. Our Personal Assistants are responsible for arranging travel accommodation for their allocated business Director. Our Personal Assistants organise any required company or team events in line with budget and the expectations of the Directors. Our Personal Assistants are responsible for co-ordinating a variety of arrangements including meetings with both internal and external parties, assembling appropriate material and booking hospitality.
Our Personal Assistants are a point of contact for external visitors to the company and ensure hospitality provided meets visitors’ expectations. Our Personal assistants complete general administrative duties for and on behalf of their allocated director such as capturing or writing letters, co-ordinating inputs and where required writing reports and emails. The placeholder for this position will also support the Risk and Compliance and HR teams when required to assist in co-ordination activities.

Your skills & experience
- A minimum of 5 GCSE’s/O Levels or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience of effectively carrying out a PA role
- Competent in the use of Microsoft office especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Attention to Detail
- Ensure that all matters are dealt with in a confidential manner
- Confident and professional with internal and external customers
- Strong planning and organisation skills
