Salary: £16,689 to £20,861
I am currently recruiting for a Resourcer for a large Training Provider in the Greater Manchester Area. The main purpose of the role will be to manage the end-to-end candidate recruitment process, to fill a range of programmes in order to meet and exceed business plan targets for the assigned business area. You will also be responsible for the ongoing development of the end to end recruitment process to meet customers expectations.
Key Responsabilities will Include:

- Advertising of all Apprenticeship, Traineeship vacancies to support the generation of candidate volumes.

- Attend internal, external and school recruitment events and to support the generation of recruiting candidates.

- Identify opportunities to recruit candidate’s which will help achieve its business plan targets.

- Conduct interviews and assessments to potential candidates, make appropriate offers and gain commitment to achieve required candidate targets.

- Provide relevant Information; provide Advice and Guidance to enable the candidate to make an informed choice about their career/qualification and support candidates with CV development.

- Manage the end-to-end resourcing process for employer vacancies and traineeships in a timely manner to provide a high level of customer service and achieve business plan targets. 

- To create employer vacancy opportunities via employer contact.
- To provide and deliver an effective and consistent programme of induction, including both on and off site inductions.

Essential Skills Required:

- Excellent organisation skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to communicate and motivate partners at all levels and individuals to influence and build relationships.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Maths and English A-C GCSE.
- IT skills, e.g. use of Microsoft Office suite (word, excel, power point and outlook).

 Experience:

- Proven end-to-end Recruitment/Resourcing experience is desireable but not essential.
- Proven Telesales experience.
- Proven experience of using data capture systems.
