We're recruiting for an individual that demonstrates experience B2B sales experience within a professional environment. Paying between £18,000 - £21,000 per annum your hard work is rewarded with a strong basic salary working within a mature office environment located in the City Centre of Leicester.

You will be required to make a number of outbound sales calls to new potential business, using a detailed database. Engage with clients and book appointments for the facing Account Executives. You will have the responsibility to work alongside our marketing team to support on campaigns, therefore communication is key within this position.

You will be given all the support you need to grow and develop within a progressive company.

Monday to Friday, Office environment
Leicester, City Centre, excellent public transport links

* Make a number of outbound calls to new business, using the company database
* Communicate with internal teams, especially with the marketing team, including supporting with sales pitches
* Responsible for maintaining an accurate client database
* Record all engagement with new prospects clients
* Be knowledgeable on the industry with the support of training and development

Skills and Experience:
* Demonstrate previous work experience in a B2B sales role or sales environment
* Can work to both individual and team targets
* Be able to engage with a variety of clients, through excellent communication skills
* Demonstrate a level of confidence when speaking on the phone
* Have a can-do attitude, through hard work, passion and success
