Are you a polished, professional salesperson with an international outlook and an interest in finance? We want to speak to you about this new role with one of the best names in the Foreign Exchange world.


Market-leading and well-established, our client is one of the leading names in its market. Their wholesale banknote division is the fastest growing in the sector and they’re now looking to add two new professional salespeople to their London team with the brief to grow an already impressive international client base.


Your role will be to build a portfolio of international clients that regularly use the banknote service offered. You will handle the full sales process from researching for high quality new leads, identifying key decision makers, making contact with those people and then bringing them on board as new clients. Our client has a proud track record of holding onto clients once won – you just need to win them first!
You will be expected to travel on a regular basis; every other week you’re likely to be overseas for 2 or 3 days at a time.


Our client is far more interested in the personal and professional attributes you have than your particular experience though a background in sales is essential. If you have sold in the finance sector, that would be particularly useful though those with a keen interest in the world of finance will also be welcomed.

• Motivated, determined and persistent
• Professionalism and credibility, over the phone and face-to-face
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Very well-organised even under pressure
As for the kind of skills and experience you should have, the more of the list below you have the better matched you’re likely to be:
• Experience in professional B2B sales role with successful track record of generating new business;
• Comfortable and confident with telesales work including cold-calling;
• Proficient in CRM, Excel and Word
• Proven success at building relationships with senior people;
Outstanding candidates that don’t match the above lists but are very strong in other ways may also be considered.


A salary of £45,000 – dependent on experience - is available for the right person and your earnings should be at least £60,000 with the bonus you’d expect to earn from the team hitting targets. In addition, there are several employee benefits available, such as BUPA membership, a staff currency allowance, and a pension scheme with company contributions to match yours.
