Service Desk Operations Manager
Based in Hertford
Offering circa £35,000 pa
Full Time Permanent

This role will involve;
- Managing a team, developing staff and putting together development plans, delegating duties, creating virtual teams, supporting and communicating with line managers.
- To be responsible for end to end efficient use of internal systems, deal with queries highlighted by users everyday, implement ticketing system, further develop current systems which includes cloud based software, sales, CRM, SQL, HTML.
- Conduct full training of systems and be responsible for recording changes to user interaction.
- Keeping up to date with relevant changes and external factors.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and provide specific communications for internal and external customers.
- Report into the Commercial Director and hold key relationships with external suppliers where relevant.

To be successful in this role you will be;
- Systems orientated
- Have a high attention to detail
- Software experience on or similar; Access, IRIS, Echosign, Knowledge Owl, Survey Gizmo, Kentico CMS
- Understanding of workflow planning
- Ability to manage a team confidently and work and contribute initiatives to board level
