One of most successful service provider , based in the City of London, are currently on the lookout for a 1st/ 2nd Line Windows Support (Windows, Active Directory, Exchange) to join a team of Desktop Support's in supporting the companies impressive external client base.

Upon joining, the 1st/ 2nd Line Windows Support (Windows, Active Directory, Exchange) will be responsible for all windows support across the entirety of the company as well as external clients.

The team is currently 6 strong and they deal with anything from low level issues to server layer issues the 2nd Line Windows Support (Windows, Active Directory, Exchange) will have administration rights all the way to server level and gain a great deal of exposure to technology such as VMware and high level Exchange administration.

The company will also involve the 2nd Line Windows Support (Windows, Active Directory, Exchange) in project work and develop their career tenfold!

In terms of skills, we are looking for base level knowledge in Windows support and Active Directory, as well as some exposure to server layer troubleshooting whether this be Exchange, Citrix, VMware any exposure will do!

The 1st/ 2nd Line Windows Support (Windows, Active Directory, and Exchange) has to have worked in a ITIL environment experience of ITIL, and if you have any exposure to office 365 would be a massive bonus.
