An experienced Head Chef is required for a 3 star family run house hotel in Cornwall.
The hotel is renown for its excellent cuisine and places an emphasis on fresh ingredients of the highest quality.
As Head Chef you will be able in charge of the kitchen, ensuring that all EHO and health and safety regulations are adhered to, all staff training is up to date and that service runs smoothly.
This a perfect role for a current Head Chef or for an experienced Sous Chef looking to take the next step.
Rosette experience preferable but not essential.
If you are ambitious and capable there is no limit to what you can achieve with this employer.
Working hours are 5 over 7, and will include evenings and weekends.
