A superb opportunity has arisen in a well-reputed organisation in Witney on a temp to perm basis as a Chef Manager.

Responsibilities will include:
Manage and take responsibility for Food Safety and Health and Safety
Consistently deliver good attractive food
Represent the company team and develop links with other site employees
Manage the commercial elements effectively
Develop sales by building customer loyalty and providing a service that customer's value
Utilise the management information available to ensure that sales opportunities are maximised and costs are controlled
Manage the team to deliver a high level of customer service at all times
Strive to anticipate customer needs whenever possible and react to these to enhance customer satisfaction
Positively contribute to the sales activities within your site, maximise sales opportunities and be knowledgeable of the company products
To demonstrate a pride in the workplace and a high level of commitment.
Minimise operating costs by using all equipment and products in accordance with Company or manufacturer's guidelines

To comply with statutory and legal requirements for fire, health and safety, food safety and employment and to protect the company by following minimum standards within these areas.
Candidates will require:
Stock taking skills
Level 3 Food Hygiene and Level 3 Health and Safety
Strong understanding of HACCP
