Our client is a leading Lloyds Market international insurer who require a Risk Engineering Assistant for a 6 week temporary assignment to assist the Risk Engineering team with various coordination tasks.

The role does not necessarily require someone who has come from a Risk Engineering background, but the ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and coordination skills.

Essential Experience:

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications is essential.
* Knowledge on SQL Report Services is preferred.
* Approximately 3 or more years of working in an administrative position and environment, preferably within an insurance company or similar organisation.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Provide support to the Head of Risk Engineering Head and Risk Engineering Team (Including External Engineers).
* Distribute survey requests to various Risk Engineers in conjunction with the Risk team's goals.
* Distribute completed loss prevention reports to brokers/customers.
* Allocate and distribute survey requests to 3rd Party Risk Engineers and distribute completed reports. Also processing of the associated invoices.
* Manage the relationships with third party risk engineering service providers.
* Generate reports detailing performance of the Risk team and 3rd party Engineers
* Be office point of contact for Risk Engineering providing assistance to underwriting and claims.
