The Role

We are looking for a Junior Support Technician to provide excellent end user support and customer service to our ever growing base of Customers for our Vehicle CCTV cloud-based platform and cameras suite.

We are looking for an accountable, driven self-starter who is happy to pitch in whatever the task. A can-do attitude is a must, alongside first class customer service skills and a problem solving mind set.

·To be both an on and offsite presence offering ongoing support for external clients (car and clean driving licence required)
·Support, set up and testing telematics devices and tracking platform
·Effective Incident Management - manage, prioritise and respond promptly and effectively to assigned Tickets - Managing assigned tasks, incidents, changes, project tasks and activities through to satisfactory conclusion according to SLA targets and in conjunction with the Service Desk team and IT Development teams
·Responsible for ensuring stock takes are accurate and the onsite warehouse is tidy and orderly
·Picking, packing and setting up camera orders
·Effective escalation and communication to Management when required and appropriate
·Develop an in-depth knowledge of the systems and support needs
·Build, maintain key business relationships focusing on establishing mutual trust and first class customer experience
·Liaise with 3rd party systems and service providers
·Provide updates/reports to Management
·Develop and maintain documentation and procedures towards continual improvement - ensuring all key information is effectively maintained centrally and feed back to the Development team
·Provide support out of hours when the business requires it

The Successful Candidate Will Have

1 years' experience working within an IT support role
Car and clean driving licence
A can do attitude
