Welsh Speaking Senior Customer Consultant
Based in our branch network, our Senior Customer Consultants are at the heart of our business. We need hard working and energetic people to take on a busy and varied role - building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing them with information to choose the right products for them. You will be a friendly face for our customers in branch and pride yourself on maintaining an excellent level of customer service!
What you’ll do:
Reporting into your Branch Manager, you and your team will be responsible for:
- Achieving the right customer outcome whilst adhering to our service standards
- Fulfilling identified customer needs for savings, insurance and protection products
- Conducting face to face reviews with new and existing customers
- Identifying mortgage and investment needs and referring to specialist colleagues
- Supporting your branch manager with coaching other team members and sharing your knowledge
- Taking responsibility for self-development and internal and external regulatory, operational, compliance and credit systems
What we are looking for:
We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious and customer focussed people with a proven record of success in a sales environment, ideally within financial services. You should have experience of working to targets and ensuring your customers are happy. You must be able to pass a credit and criminal record check.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this role due to location.
