The Company: A fast growth, highly ambitious entrepreneurial business in the Marketing Technology (Martech) space that has developed proven proprietary technology that is causing a real stir within marketing departments of major blue-chip's, innovative SME's and other fast growth start ups across the UK. Lead by an inspirational and high performing senior management team, this company has huge growth potential both in the UK and globally.
The Role: This is a critical role within the Business Development and Account Management team and looks after a portfolio of top brand name existing customer accounts. As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for proactively managing your portfolio of blue-chip customer accounts in order i) to deliver the highest levels of customer support, satisfaction and retention and ii) to maximise revenue generation within each account. Proactive is a key word here as there is so much scope within this role to work with your accounts to increase their usage of this technology and to broaden the uptake of additional services. Given that this is a technology driven business, you will also act as the primary point of contact for technical queries and support across all your accounts, so the development of exceptional product knowledge will be a formative part of establishing yourself in this role.
