Are you an energetic customer services professional with excellent communication and analytical skills? If so, we are looking for an Operations Analyst, to join a growing independent Energy Supplier. You will be part of the Operations team and as such the role’s responsibilities will vary and include responding to customer queries, speaking with customers and suppliers, interacting with other industry participants and the management of various back office. Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and deliver a positive experience throughout the customer journey working with the Sales team and third parties where required;
  • Mine, aggregate, analyse data and produce relevant reports;
  • Support the resolution of data quality related exceptions;
  • Work with our partners and agents to ensure the successful validation of data with central industry systems;
  • Maintaining accurate account information within the CRM system;
  • Ensure the timely and accurate billing of accounts;
  • Various data entry, validation and administration tasks;

Skills and experience required:

  • Degree educated level in a numerical related subject
  • Strong technical background and analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office package
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL server
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in working with large data sets
  • Able to prioritise and manage own workload
