We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Executive to join a leading Shopping Centre within Birmingham.

This key Business Development position will work within the Commercialisation Team and drive additional revenue opportunities / sales for the scheme. This is achieved by working to utilise the promotional space within and around the scheme.

Reporting to the Commercialisation Manager, you will work to maximise opportunities with existing and new clients/promoters. You will also work to ensure that promoters compliment existing brands/retailers. Duties will include: -

  • Working on local business leads/organisations to general short term income opportunities
  • Working with all clients from conception to completion, supporting all aspects of delivery
  • Communication with all internal teams to keep them up to date
  • Keeping in-house systems up to date
  • Ensuring accurate administration to capture all areas including financial and site processes/legislations
  • Working under the Commercialisation Manager to ensure a good mix of offer across the scheme
  • Ensuring all promoters adhere to site policies
