About this role:

Global Tech Leader currently seeks a Service Delivery Lead to manage between 2-4 of my clients largest enterprise client accounts. Having an obsessive nature to delivering awesome customer experience is essential.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Developing and maintaining c-suite relationships at enterprise level in client organisations
  • Commercially astute - client on-boarding, contract renewals
  • Creative thinking, always looking for ways to improve everything you come in to contact with

Skills required;

Essential:

  • Exceptional track record in a Senior Service Delivery / Customer experience role at enterprise level
  • Managing client accounts at £1.5m+ per annum (ideally up to £7-10m per annum)
  • Ability to present and network at C-suite level
  • Commercial experience, managing renewals, contract negotiations etc
  • Have strong negotiating skills
  • Be able to network and develop key relationships
  • Self-starter with ability to be effective in virtual environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
