My client is a market leading law firm with an excellent reputation. Due to a period of expansion my client is now looking to add a Licensed Conveyancer or Chartererd Legal Executive to join their Conveyancing Department in Chepstow.

The role will involve ensuring efficient processing and high levels of service delivery to all developer clients served by the team.

Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware. The firm is known for providing practical holistic commercial solutions. The candidate will ideally have sound experience of working across all areas of property law, including landlord and tenant, portfolio management and some knowledge of development work. They will be a team player with a client focussed approach and able to demonstrate a willingness to be involved in business development activities. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.

The main duties of the role will be to provide clients with suitable advice appropriate to the land transaction in hand. Other duties will include drafting documents, dealing with plot sale case's and dealing with part exchange purchases and sales of residential freehold and leasehold.

The successful candidate will have residential and commercial conveyancing experience with knowledge of part exchanges, buying and selling and title checking.
