Solutions Architect- My Global Financial Services Client is looking for a Solutions Architect to work in collaboration with the Senior / Lead Solution Architect with the creation / delivery of bespoke application / infrastructure projects from inception through to implementation.
Your new role
As an experienced Solutions Architect you will support in the creation, delivery and execution of the product road map for the platform, whilst engaging with teams in multiple geographies to ensure compliance and technology needs are met. You will be involved with the RFI / RFP process and 3 party supplier selections, tasked with reviewing and documenting the current banking platform, channels, functions, interface & products when required.
What you'll need to succeed
The preferred candidate will have progressed their career from a technical background and currently be working in the financial services or retail sector.
You will need to be qualified to TOGAF level or equivalent and hold qualifications in Microsoft Biztalk.
Tools such as VISIO, Archimate, EA, PowerPoint are strongly desired. You will currently or previously have worked on large and complex system implementation within a global organisation or software vendor would be highly desirable, along with architecture integration solutions.
You will have an understanding of new technologies and experience of different methodologies involved with the Software Delivery Life-cycle. Understanding of Information Systems Architecture - data / application; SOA; Data Transformation and a strong understanding of SQL.
What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of up-to £50,000 dependant on experience, paid holiday, pension, annual bonus and access to a flexible benefits scheme
