Corporate senior Tax Manager - London - up to £100,000

AM Finance is working with a boutique Accountancy Practice based in London. Our client specializes in providing accounting, taxation, compliance and business advisory services to an international client base.

They are looking to recruit a Corporate senior Tax Manager to provide Tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of Private Clients and families.

The company has undergone enormous growth in the last few years and this is set to continue making it an exciting time to join. This will be an ideal role for a commercially driven and technically sound tax professional looking for the next step.

The key objectives of the role are:

  • Deliver client services to a high standard and develop strong relationships with high profile executives
  • Provide support to partners and relationship managers on relevant client matters or opportunities
  • Ensure planning and cross-selling opportunities are identified and followed up, including the review of opportunities that may be available for existing clients
  • Increase the client base through an organised approach to business development (e.g. networking, client recommendation requests, developing referrer base, etc.…)
  • Contribute to effective team working as part of the management team, offering brighter thinking ideas and actively contributing to culture
  • Coach and train junior staff and trainees in developing their technical, client relationship and business development skills
  • Monitor and manage the financial performance of our Corporate Tax Client portfolio in line with KPIs
  • Ensure the Firm’s technical, ethical and compliance procedures are adhered to in all cases
  • Carry out special projects (i.e. Due Diligence) and other duties as may be reasonably require
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience working in UK/international tax department (E)
  • CTA qualified (E)
