Job Title: Civil Engineer – Central London

- Offering a competitive salary for the right Civil Engineer, ranging from; £32,000 to £37,000 depending on experience.

RGB Network is working on behalf a growing Civil & Structural engineering consultancy based in Central London who is currently on the market seeking a Civil Engineer to join their Civil Infrastructure engineering design team.

This engineering practice has been operating within the built-environment industry for more than 20 years and has been rapidly expanding, with now more than 100 employees across three offices in the UK.

Working as a Civil Engineer for this consultancy, you would be providing expert advice within the private sector experiencing a number of different projects; Residential, Commercial, Health-care, Hotels and Educational developments.

In the year 2016, this civil & structural engineering consultancy has won a few awards for the projects they have worked on recently; RIBA awards, NLA People`s choice and NLA Built Housing awards.

Role profile

This opportunity is within the Central London office, and this company is seeking to establish a new civil engineering team. You would be working alongside the senior engineer, and taking on a healthy project workload with opportunities to manage projects. Addition to this, the team would be continuously expanding, you would gain experience managing; juniors, graduates and technicians.

Key responsibilities include:

- Producing Highways and Drainage designs under the relevant section agreements.
- Providing advice on all ranges of Civil Engineering aspects from the initial concept through to design and construction.
- Working in a small/medium sized team, liaising with senior members and managing/supervising juniors & CAD Technicians.

The Ideal Civil Engineer

- Would have experience operating within the private sector industry for an engineering consultancy.
- Capable of using relevant software; Civil 3D, PDS and Windes Microdrainage.
- Has knowledge and experience liaising with local authority under the relevant agreements; S38 & S278, S104 & S106.
