PACKAGE: Up to £28k plus package including company vehicle, pension scheme and equipment

LOCATION: South East

Our client is a UK market leader within water treatment and legionella services industry. They are now looking to a Water Treatment Engineer to join their team to cover projects throughout the South East, London and South West.

The Job:

The Water Treatment Engineer will carry out risk assessments to ACOP L8 standards, cold water storage tank cleaning, disinfection and lining, cleaning and disinfecting shower heads. Additional duties will include carrying out sampling and temperature monitoring of water systems, drawing of water systems schematics and the preparation and completion of job sheets.

The Water Treatment Engineer will be responsible for carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments and writing up technical reports. Candidates must be used to drawing up schematics. Other duties will include conducting Water Monitoring in accordance with the ACOP L8 guidelines.

The Ideal Candidate:

With relevant plumbing qualifications, the Water Treatment Engineer will have knowledge of current water regulations. With an ability to work with minimal supervision, the Water Treatment Engineer will be capable of carrying physical work such as roof spaces and tanks. A full and clean UK drivers license is essential.
