The Sales Manager is responsible for growing revenues in his/her territories and target segments.

This means managing an existing portfolio of clients, including major strategic accounts (exhibitors, affiliates, visitors, sponsors…) to develop the clients’ presence and profile at our Exhibitions. It also involves identifying and converting prospects into new accounts. The result should be the sale of of various available products such as Event Space, visibility via advertising (both online and in print), Visitor Registrations and Event Sponsorship Deals.

A successful Sales Manager has a clear understanding of a client’s needs and builds relationships with the client which lead to proactively identifying and proposing growth opportunities for that client.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identify and maintain a sales pipeline of prospects/deals.
• Develop turnover based on targets per event.
• Create and develop integrated sales proposals adapted to client’s needs and budget.
• Take part in several events all year to be well connected with the Property industry, go the conferences, markets, other networking events to understand the trends, meet the players, detect leads and make Real Estate shows visible in these communities.
• Interact with the whole team to bring new ideas to attract these communities to our markets.
• Provide customer support and experience throughout the entire process


Professional experiences: min. 5 years of sales experience

Industry knowledge: knowledge of Property sector a plus

Language skills: fluent in English – conversational French a plus

IT skills: knowledge of SFDC or similar CRM software

Behaviour: good relationships, think of new ways of developing business, team oriented, results driven, well organised
