Experienced Gas / Heating Engineer / Plumber for breakdown repairs, installations and maintenance services to look after our portfolio of customers in North London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join H2 Property Services, one of London's leading plumbing and heating firms.

Our team are a friendly, happy bunch with a very low staff turnover. We offer good earning potential with overtime work available and are able to offer as much work as you want.

In the last fourteen years we have grown into one of the most well-known local maintenance and installation businesses in the area. Our customers are private residents, estate agents, landlords and businesses who need plumbing, gas and heating/boiler repairs, maintenance services, new installations and landlord certificates. We do not work with any social housing contracts.

As a Plumber / Gas or Heating Engineer for H2 Property Services, you are kept busy with a wide variety of work. You will be expected to price up jobs and materials and invoice your work properly.

All our staff benefit from the support of our office bookings and management staff and from being part of a dynamic and friendly team.

We have accounts with some of the best merchant suppliers across London making access to parts and materials local and easy for you.

As part of H2 Property Services, our Engineers are provided with a van for business use, uniform and ID.

You will need to:

  • be presentable and have excellent customer service skills.

  • have good communication skills and excellent spoken English.

  • be experienced and work to a VERY high standard.

  • be a good time-keeper.

  • have good administration skills.

You must provide your qualifications, your own tools and a valid UK driving licence is essential for insurance purposes.

Typical working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Additional work is available in the evenings and weekends paid at our overtime rate. Wages are paid weekly directly into your bank account. Parking is paid in full. Fuel and phone allowance. 28 days paid holiday.
