Operations Manager - 2 x prestigious schemes
We have a fantastic opportunity for a proven Shopping Centre professional to join a leading Shopping Centre and further scheme in Birmingham.
This key, senior position reports directly to the General Manager and will lead all operational aspects for the scheme, duties include: -
- Leading relationships/communications with contract service providers for security and cleaning services for the scheme
- Working closely with the service charge budget to ensure costs are managed
- Building relationships with all retailers to ensure support in all operational areas
- Working in detail on environmental delivery, audits and reporting
- Working closely with all internal departments ensuring effective communication
- Taking ownership of escalated operational issues and reporting/communicating where needed
- Ensuring compliance across all operational areas
- Working closely with the technical services team to ensure minimum operational disruptions during works
These opportunities do not come along often and this is great position for a proven Shopping Centre professional who will ideally hold a NEBOSH Qualification, experience of ISO14001, strong contract management experience and have strong understanding of the Security Industry Act.
