Right now, we're looking for a GP and Consultant Liaison Lead at Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital.
Experience of the NHS and Primary Care is essential, together with insight of the independent healthcare sector. Healthcare or medical knowledge would be an advantage.

Key Accountabilities for the role:


As the GP Lead you will need to monitor and report on enquiries and sales to conversion activities and provide relevant management information.

This is a frontline role delivering a highly customer focused service to GPs and Practice Teams, consultants and consumers. It involves GP engagement from targeted practice visits. You will need to develop a programme of events for primary care partners and assist in the development of new products and services. You will need to promote the Nuffield Health brand consistently across all stakeholders, supporting the implementation of national brand values and guidelines.

To support the definition, development, communication and implementation of business development and / or marketing strategies, policies, procedures for the Nuffield Group, ensuring these are consistent with business direction. To provide expert advice, guidance and support within the business. The applicant will need to interact with our management team in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

About Brentwood Hospital

Our modern, well-equipped hospital provides a range of services and treatments from outpatients and minor procedures through to inpatients and major surgical specialties. Hospital facilities include 42 beds, 4 Theatres, an Endoscopy Suite, 16 consulting rooms, MRI, CT, General Imaging, Pathology, Physiotherapy and an onsite Pharmacy. We are established as one of the leading providers of healthcare in the area and have just completed a major refurbishment of the whole hospital.

Required: GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualification
Preferred: Educated to degree level or equivalent preferably in a business development /marketing related subject.
Preferred: Professional qualification in a business development / marketing related area

Previous Knowledge, Skills and / or Experience
Essential: Commercial experience within a marketing / business development environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships.
