Our client is a leading children’s hospice charity caring for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families.

Position: Database Manager
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: Up to £40,000
Benefits: include pension scheme and 27 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays)

About the role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Database Manager to work within their Information Systems team to manage their fundraising CRM database and lead on the effective processing and communications with supporters and volunteers in order to attract retain and maximise support.

The post will be based at their Office in Weybridge but will also spend time at their hospices in Hampton and Guildford as well as attending events in the area.

About you:

You must have proven experience in project management as a key component of this role will be to integrate the fundraising database with the finance systems, website and other electronic income streams. You will also manage and drive insight into their existing donor base as well as financial and demographic reporting.

You will be proficient in MS Office (specifically Access), knowledgeable with modern database and information systems technology and possess strong reporting skills.
