IMH Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join an expanding Food Production / Distribution facility that are based in the Dinnington area.

Description:

The Accounts Assistant is a multi-functional support role based within the accounts team. As part of your daily duties and responsibilities you will be liaising with internal and external customers to aid the accounts team in completing a variety of duties within set timescales.

Ideally you will be familiar with SAP as well as have good knowledge in MS Office. You must have good general numeric skills and a keen eye for attention to detail. You will have a good general understanding and experience within day to day operational functionality including but not limited to:

Credit Control
Purchase Ledger - Receive Supplier Invoices, check & process through to SAP
Supplier account reconciliations
Create payments on the banking system
Bulk invoice tracking & payment process
Credit Card Statements
Upload information to Amazon
Amazon invoicing & purchase procedure
Download information from Amazon and analyse in excel to create monthly sales data
Creation of Sales invoices & Credit Notes from SAP
Create customer statements and email out
Post daily banking to SAP
Monthly reporting - Intrastat
Backup for Purchasing
Backup for Operations

Required skills & Qualifications:

Can communicate efficiently – verbally, in print and on the phone
Be detail oriented with excellent multitasking skills
Experience with SAP or similar accounting software
Good knowledge of MS Office packages
Can Multitask and manage time/projects effectively
Be able to work along with colleagues from all departments
Have initiative, motivation and focus with a can-do attitude
Can build a rapport & relationships with external customers
Have numerical analysis skills

Full time position working Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5.00pm.
