Commercial Property Solicitor
Cognitive Law is looking for entrepreneurial Commercial Property Solicitors who have the ambition and skills to continue to build on their expertise, who are confident business developers, and who would like the potential to grow their own practice. The position would suit a well-rounded senior Solicitor with experience in a broad range of Commercial Property work including property development, commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, corporate transactions, and general property law advice, including landlord and tenant agreements
As a Consultant Solicitor at Cognitive Law you can manage your work/life commitments within the framework of a firm that combines full back-office support with the liberty to practise on your own terms. You would be free from billing targets and fixed hourly rates, enabling you to set your own charging structures and manage your own WIP, to the benefit of both you and your clients.
With no more internal meetings or other non-chargeable commitments imposed on your time, you would be able to re-calibrate your work/life balance without losing income or the ability to practice in your profession.
Cognitive Law is actively searching for Commercial Property Consultant Solicitors who want to take back management over how, when and where they practice. If you would like the control but not the compliance responsibilities that working as a self-employed solicitor can offer, joining our growing network of consultants would be ideal for you.
Cognitive Law is a contemporary law firm built on foundations that empower its team to think client first, every time. Since 2014 Cognitive Law’s Solicitors have provided transparency in working practices and fees to clients in corporate, employment and family law advice. We operate a fee-share model which is industry leading and directly rewards you on how much legal work you choose to undertake.
This is an opportunity for an exceptional Commercial Property Solicitor to join our firm of Consultant Solicitors across the South East and nationwide.
