Well known and growing retail business in Manchester City Centre requires a Payroll/HR Officer for their growing team. Reporting to the HR Manager this is a new role that has been created as a result of growth in the business.

Duties of this role will include covering all aspects of payroll. You will be responsible for for approx 500 employees and these are a mix of monthly and weekly payrolls. You will deal with all aspects of the payroll including the starters, leavers, P45's, P60's, SSP and SMP. You will also assist with the payroll month end and year end. You will also deal with queries internally in connection to the payroll. From an HR side you will also be responsible for starters, leavers, issuing contracts and being a general point of contact.

The right candidate for this role will have experience in Payroll and will have also worked in a Payroll department based in an HR department.
