Working for a successful, expanding software company based in Newton-le-Willows you will join a motivated, friendly team as Sales Administrator. Due to the company's continued success they have created a new position.
Order Processing Administrator/sales support role:

Candidates should be proactive and able to multi task. You will work on your own initiative and have plenty of opportunity to progress and develop the role as the company is expanding. Responsibilities will include:

Log all sales opportunities on CRM System
Process orders, liaise with customer and sales managers to check and confirm information
Ensure all contacts are logged accurately on CRM
Run reports as required.
Manage Partner opportunities, making regular contact with partners to ensure they are logging the opportunities (via the Partner Managers)
Liaise with Finance
Liaise with UK and US financial controllers on invoicing and PO queries

Requirements:

Customer sales order processing experience an advantage but not essential
Numerate with good attention to detail
Experience of dealing with customer queries and resolving problems
Excellent communication skills with a pro-active attitude
Able to work under pressure and multi-task
Experience and understanding of CRM
Experience of MS Word, Outlook, Excel
