My client is currently looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join their IT team.
The 1st Line Support Analyst will be working as part of a team on the technical Service desk, you
will play a key role in the delivery of high quality technical support providing exceptional customer
satisfaction and a personalised service to both internal and external customers.

This role requires strong communication skills, along with troubleshooting, problemsolving
and technical skills using various diagnostic tools.

Person Specification:

* 5 Year checkable work history, with no unaccountable gaps.
* Must already possess the Right to Work in the UK
* Excellent business English verbal and written communications skills in all forms
* Ability to work under tight time frames
* Works well on their own or as part of a team
* Self motivated, independent and resourceful
* Problem solver

Support Analyst Experience/Qualifications:

* Microsoft Office XP/2003/2007/2010- Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
* Experience of working on an IT Service desk
* Microsoft Office XP/2003/2007 - Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
* Office 365
* Microsoft Windows XP/ Windows 7 Workstation/ Windows 10
* Microsoft Exchange / Active Directory administration
* Back up software
* Knowledge of ADSL and Wi-Fi technologies
* Mobile devices (Android & Apple)
* Knowledge of networking concepts

Desirable Skills:

* MCTS Windows 7 & 10 (Desirable)
* MCTS Windows Server 2008 (Desirable)
* ITIL/Prince 2 Foundation (Desirable)
