The Graduate Inside Sales Consultant will, once they have mastered a comprehensive knowledge of the marketplace, company and its competitors, strategically generate leads. You’ll identify and profile potential clients, contacting them over the phone and via email. You’ll also capitalise on qualified leads, developing rapport with existing clients and prospects in order to schedule business meetings. You will shadow these meetings as part of your development, before engaging with clients on a face to face basis when you have the necessary experience.

The Role:

- Obtain a complete knowledge of the marketplace, company and its competitors in order to best meet customer needs
- Strategically generate and profile new leads, contacting clients in order to secure business meetings
- Capitalise on qualified leads in order to maximise revenue, developing rapport with customers who have expressed an interest in the company’s services
- Create and maintain relationships with key decision makers
- Engage with clients face to face, shadowing these meetings as part of your progression
